Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army
Every year the Hagerstown Rotary Club participates in the Salvation Army Christmas Bell-Ringing and mans three locations at the Valley Mall. 55 to 60 Rotarians volunteer for this event every year and our club always raises the second largest amount collected by any organization in support of the Salvation Army for this particular event.
